Here is what’s new in CityScout:
✅ Verified Contact Data
We’ve added a green "Verified" checkmark next to email addresses for developers, architects, and key personnel. Stop wasting time on bounces—now you know the contact data is solid before you even unlock the project.
🔗 Similar Projects Discovery
Project detail pages now display a "Similar Projects" section, automatically linking deals that share the same address, parcel, or development firm. This helps you instantly view a developer’s active portfolio or track related project phases (like a rezoning followed by a site plan). You can now spot patterns and connect the dots on a firm’s activity without manual searching.
🏢 New Filter: LLC/Corporate Owners Only
We added a "LLC/Corporate Owners Only" checkbox to the map filter to help you cut through the noise of individual homeowner permits. When enabled, this isolates projects backed by professional entities (LLCs, LPs, Inc), signaling institutional development intent. It is the fastest way for brokers and investors to zero in on the deals that actually matter.
